PA Accessibility Lead
Someone on your direct product area:
The PA Accessibility Lead is the main point of contact for accessibility on
your product area. They plan for accessibility staffing, processes, set goals
and timelines, and help get your product area to GAR4. This role can fall under
Program Management or other role profiles.
P4A Accessibility POC
Someone on the P4A Accessibility team:
A dedicated person from the Products for All Accessibility team works directly
with product areasĀ and your PA Lead. They provide strategic and domain
consulting to ensure PAs have the right programs, resources and priorities
in place.

Leadership buy-in is key in helping teams prioritize accessibility work and making it part of the team culture. Establish a strong partnership with your Executive Sponsor and Product Counsel to grow the accessibility impact within your product area.
