and later test their implementations.
Recommended activities
- During development, developers should be aware of and address common accessibility
issues that arise during implementation, code should be tested for accessibility
at all stages of the development lifecycle, and the resulting experience should
be evaluated for accessibility
- Perform Cognitive Walkthrough
and Heuristic Evaluation
- Test with a variety of assistive technologies
- Fishfood/dogfood your product with people who use assistive tech and respond
to feedback about accessibility
- Run GAR tests and evaluate your product with AGUA using your use cases
